Our Client: Leading UK casino operator with Global reaching operations, now looking to increase their management base, to help support their increasing business needs.
The Role: The role involves effectively supporting and deputising for the General Manager, by getting proactively involved in all areas within the club. Support in this area will include ensuring that budgeted profit performance is achieved and exceeded and all gaming and food and beverage operations demonstrate the highest standards of efficiency, whilst complying with all relevant legislation, regulations, Gambling Commission (LCCP), and Company policies and procedures. The position will also involve assisting the General Manager review and identify commercial opportunities, as well as assisting and guiding casino management to increase profitability including local/community marketing opportunities.
The Candidate: The successful candidates would have good experience in gaming management, either in the UK or Europe. Must hold EU status and have full right to work without visa restrictions in the UK. Should have a Can do attitude and a desire to excel in all tasks, have strong leadership and motivational skills and be an effective communicator at all levels. Experienced in setting and managing budgets along with a proven track record for enhancing profitability & customer service
Gaming Manager

The Role: Supporting the General Manager and Deputy General Manager, with the responsibility for implementing the operational objectives of the business. Accountable for the communication and implementation of the overall strategic direction of the business by co-ordinating all gaming, marketing, entertainment, restaurant and bar offers and leading employees through the implementation. Responsible for maximizing drop per head, attendance levels and all aspects of people management, including leading, coaching and motivating all staff grade employees to achieve & exceed their potential ensuring a consistent approach is adopted in all situations.
The Candidate: The successful candidates will have good experience in the gaming industry, in management or in a supervisor role, either in the UK or Europe. Must hold EU status and have full right to work without visa restrictions in the UK. Should be able to show strong leadership qualities and be able to work on one’s own initiative and as part of a team.
Slot Manager

Our Client: A leading casino operator with several successful casino operations and expanding their portfolio.
The Role: To continue the excellent revenue of the Slots department and help increase profitability, ensure the smooth running of the department, reporting to senior management. Manage the slot attendants and technicians to improve effectiveness, offer ideas and improvements on the department to senior level management. Install measures to increase security of the department and improve the customer service of all employees within the department, monthly result reporting and monitoring of productive and less productive machines to ensure maximum revenue generating.
The Candidate: Experience in Slot Management essential, must have good knowledge of multiple slot manufacturers and new products. The ideal candidate will have a “hands on” style of management and ideally have experience previously as a Slot Technician, should be able to speak fluent English and a minimum of French language required.
Slot Technician

Our Client: A leading casino operator with several successful casino operations and expanding their portfolio.
The Role: Cover all areas of technical requirements relating to the slot department, conducting diagnostic tests on machines, repairing, installing new software and general maintenance duties. Ensuring all technical functions are up to date and offering advice and support to the department Manager to improve over efficiency of the Slots Department.
The Candidate: 2 years experience or more as a slot technician, knowledge of all relevant working practices and knowledge of all leading machine manufacturer products, should speak English and French to conversational standard as a minimum requirement.
