Continue the security and safety of the casino against fraud and stealing. Offer ideas on marketing, promotion and customer service to help increase the profitability of the operation. Interact with customers and staff to ensure the excellent atmosphere of the casino and its brand locally.

The Candidate: Must have good background in Casino Management, experience in running overseas casino operations, excellent people skills and has a flair for marketing. The successful candidate will speak both English and French fluently and the ideal candidate will have experience working with French customers.

 

Slot Manager

The Role: To continue the excellent revenue of the Slots department and help increase profitability, ensure the smooth running of the department, reporting to senior management. Manage the slot attendants and technicians to improve effectiveness, offer ideas and improvements on the department to senior level management. Install measures to increase security of the department and improve the customer service of all employees within the department, monthly result reporting and monitoring of productive and less productive machines to ensure maximum revenue generating.

The Candidate: Experience in Slot Management essential, must have good knowledge of multiple slot manufacturers and new products. The ideal candidate will have a “hands on” style of management and ideally have experience previously as a Slot Technician, should be able to speak fluent English and a minimum of French language required.

 

Slot Technician

The Role: Cover all areas of technical requirements relating to the slot department, conducting diagnostic tests on machines, repairing, installing new software and general maintenance duties. Ensuring all technical functions are up to date and offering advice and support to the department Manager to improve over efficiency of the Slots Department.

The Candidate: 2 years experience or more as a slot technician, knowledge of all relevant working practices and knowledge of all leading machine manufacturer products, should speak English and French to conversational standard as a minimum requirement.

The Role: Designing and implementing projects from concept stage to finish of the following elements; Landing Pages, Email Creatives, Flash Banners and other creative needs by the client.

The Candidate: The following attributes and skills are required for the role, strong Photoshop, Flash, HTML, CSS skills also in typography, layout and design. Ability to multi-task and consistently hit deadlines, along with excellent visual and verbal communication skills, 2 years experience in Web Design and Development. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organized, would be a self-starter and quick learner who will pick up new software easily. Being able to follow up processes already in place, with a good understanding and genuine passion for all things design is essential.

The Role: Provide Customer Retention Management activities to a leading bingo network, ensuring new and fresh promotions/customer reactivation/VIP Management and working closely with the product. Responsible for the retention of existing bingo players and the reactivation of lapsed players, proposing, planning and executing a wide range of promotions. Preparing and sending of regular newsletters to entire database, and targeted marketing to specific groups of players within the database, Implementation and measurement/tracking of bingo CRM strategy – to ensure effective ROI in terms of old players regenerated and registrations converted to depositing Business integration of sponsorship activity.

The Candidate: Flexibility to adapt –Detail conscious, with the ability to deliver excellent results against challenging time deadlines. Entrepreneurial attitude – creative & innovative, not constrained by negative thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal. Ability to plan and execute multiple campaigns working with numerous people in cross country locations, fluency in written and verbal English and an understanding of the UK Bingo industry would be preferred but not essential.
